Many projects fail, because they were communicated unclearly or misleadingly from the very beginning，far away from what the goal of the project should have arrived. The percentage of this kind of international projects is still high. Therefore the Project-Briefing (Phase 1) is an elementary component of our joint work. It stands at the beginning of our joint work and forms the basis for further steps.

In the following Feasibility Phase (Phase 2) the line male gradually becomes a painting. Information is gathered and the the pieces of the puzzle are being put together.

The Measures Phase (Phase 3) specifies the following measures and ends up a VTSM (Vision-Target-Stratey-Measures) and to a Roadmap. On this foundation all further activities are based.

In the following Implementation Phase (Phase 4) converts the defined measures. These are regularly examined on the basis of KPI´s.

Thanks to this clearly structured process, each step is transparent - for all involved ones at any place.
